More Than a Team. Embrace the Opportunities.
At South OC Wave, we believe being part of a flag football club should provide more than practices and tournaments. Through our relationships with the LA Rams, NFL organizations, USA Football, and other community partners, we create opportunities for our athletes to compete, learn, gain exposure, build confidence, and experience the game in unforgettable ways.

LA Rams Community Clinics
South OC Wave has partnered with the LA Rams to host girls’ flag football clinics serving approximately 90–130 athletes at a time. These events provide instruction, competition, and an exciting introduction to the sport while helping grow girls’ flag football throughout our community.
Rams Games and Special Events
Through our relationship with the Rams, Wave families have received access to group ticket opportunities and other special team experiences. These events allow our athletes to connect with the larger football community and see where dedication to the sport can lead.
Rams Training Camp Access
Wave players and families have received complimentary opportunities to attend LA Rams Training Camp. Our athletes can watch professional players and coaches prepare at the highest level while sharing a memorable experience with their teammates and families.
At South OC Wave, making a team is only the beginning. We are committed to opening doors, creating unforgettable experiences, and helping our athletes grow through the game of flag football.
USA Football
Wave athletes and coaches have participated in USA Football’s Select Bowl, providing an opportunity to compete in a high-level environment alongside talented players from different programs. These events can also give athletes additional evaluation and exposure to national-level football organizations.

Wave coaches continue developing through programs such as USA Football courses, Rams Clinics and other advanced coaching opportunities. What our coaches learn is brought directly back to our teams, improving the instruction and experience we provide to every athlete.
NFL FLAG Championships
South OC Wave has competed on the national stage, including a Top 8 finish at the NFL FLAG Championships in Canton, Ohio. Experiences like this give our players the opportunity to compete against some of the strongest teams in the country while representing their club and community.
